About Me

CATHERINE LEWIS

Modern life can be very demanding, and we often feel under pressure to do more, be more, and have more.  If you are feeling overwhelmed by this pressure, then Mindfulness can offer you a new way of looking at life.


Helping you to slow down and think about what's really important, I make time to practice Mindfulness daily and I am an accredited Mindfulness teacher. I also use creative activities in my practice to help people recapture a sense of play without 'targets'.

I am friendly and a good listener. I have over twenty years of experience facilitating groups and working with individuals. My background is in youth and community work, supporting families and young people who have experienced trauma and distress. I believe everyone could benefit from practising mindfulness and making time to be more creative.
