My name is Catherine Lewis; I have been practising meditation and mindfulness for over twenty years. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness and helping people to live more fully in the present. The more we can actively live in the present as opposed to dwelling on the past and worrying about the future, the more fulfilling our lives can be.
