
Hello and welcome to Creative Mindfulness, I’m so glad that you’re here. My name is Carole Moreton, Based in the beautiful county of Shropshire, I’m the founder, a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and an artist.

I’ve been interested in mindfulness for many years, and it’s now part of my daily life. Mindfulness has enabled me to focus on the present, and to appreciate the beauty of nature and life.

I would like to share the benefits of mindfulness with you. Regular mindfulness practice can help you to build emotional resilience and increase self-awareness, breaking automatic patterns of behaviour and reactivity. It can reduce anxiety and help with depression. Mindfulness often leads to a greater appreciation of life’s small moments and a sense of contentment, even during life’s challenges.
In the sessions and programmes that I offer, I have included some creative activities, as there is a wealth of evidence to show that self-care through art is extremely beneficial. However, you don’t need to have any artistic talent to take part in these, as we will be focusing on the process not the result.
